Welcome to Hostelle, when choosing us, you will be staying in an open space that cherishes and
celebrates the diversity of womanhood. We are committed to providing an inclusive and safe
environment where all women can feel welcomed and valued. This includes transgender women,
whose presence enriches our community, we honor and affirm their gender identity, acknowledging
their rightful place in this space.

Regardless of your background, we truly believe that every woman, deserves to feel respected,
comfortable, and at home during her stay.

At Hostelle you’ll find rooms and showers alongside womenonly facilities events and activities,
ensuring that all our guests can access spaces that align with their needs and preferences. Our staff is
trained to uphold a culture of inclusivity, respecting pronouns and titles and addressing everyone
with dignity and care.

We understand the importance of privacy, confidentiality, and sensitivity when it comes to gender
identity and transition. Rest assured that your safety and comfort are paramount, and we will do
everything possible to create a positive experience for you.

List of policies promoting inclusivity at Hostelle:

1. NonDiscrimination Policy: Hostelle is committed to providing a safe and inclusive space for
all women, regardless of race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sexual orientation, gender
identity, age, ability, or socioeconomic background.

2. Zero Tolerance for Harassment: Strict zerotolerance policy towards any form of harassment,
including verbal, physical, and sexual harassment. Any behavior that makes a guest
uncomfortable will not be tolerated.

3. Respectful Communication: Offensive language or derogatory comments are not acceptable
within the hostel premises.

4. Inclusion of Transgender Women: Hostelle warmly welcomes transgender women and
recognizes them as part of our community. We affirm that all transgender women are
women and will be treated with dignity, respect, and equality. Transgender women will be
afforded the same rights, privileges, and accommodations as cisgender women throughout
their stay.

5. AntiRacism Policy: Fostering an environment free from racism and racial discrimination.
Promoting inclusivity and diversity. Racist behavior, comments, or actions will not be
tolerated within the hostel premises.

6. LGBTQ+ Inclusivity: Hostelle is dedicated to being a safe and supportive space for lesbian,
gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and questioning individuals. We welcome LGBTQ+ women
and strive to create an atmosphere where everyone can be their authentic selves without
fear of discrimination.

7. Creating a Safe Environment: Ensuring a safe environment where guests can feel secure and
at ease. We implement security measures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all guests.

8. Staff training: Our staff members are trained in inclusivity, cultural sensitivity, and
understanding diverse needs. They are equipped to address any concerns related to
inclusivity and promote a welcoming atmosphere for all.

9. Accessibility: Hostelle is accessible to all women, regardless of physical abilities. We provide
accessible facilities and accommodations wherever possible.

10. Feedback and Suggestions: We welcome feedback and suggestions from our guests on how

11. Right to Deny Access: Hostelle reserves the right to deny access to the hostel premises or
terminate a guest’s stay based on reasonable and justifiable grounds. These grounds include,
but are not limited to:
